Task Templates allow you to save individual recurring tasks as a template, which you can then assign to different projects using drag & drop. So you do not have to create each individual task for the same processes per project. If you click on the green plus in your task management, select the option "New task template" and the following dialog appears:
After you have created the task template, it now appears in the template list. Also read the chapter Task packages if you want to create a task package from several task templates.
