Here you can create cross-user reports of attendance and time stamped in the Xpert-Timer. Please note that the Xpert-Timer does not consider weekends or holidays as "overtime". The calculation basis used is the number of working hours per day in the employee administration of the respective employee.
The first stamp is set as soon as the first project in the Xpert-Timer is started. The last stamp is the last time stamp in one day. This results in the presence. Whether an employee was out during this presence, the Xpert-Timer can not see. The sum of the time stamps are the actual times booked on projects, excluding all "non-billable" projects (such as lunch break). The sum of the timestamps thus results in the presence minus the non-billable projects.
The over / under hours are calculated based on the sum of the timestamps and the specified working time per day in the employee data
