Why intelligent?

Xpert-Timer sees what information you are trying to add and tries auto complete them.

Quick entry for projects

Enter the name of the project you want to create here. Please note that the project is always added to the main project, which is currently activated in Xpert-Timer Project Manager and is highlighted in blue. The following example creates a new project called "Example" for the main project "Create Quotes" because that's the highlighted project in the project list.

Xpert-Timer always creates the timestamp for the blue highlighted project in the project list.

The following formats are recognized:

1000-1125	From 10:00 o'clock until 11:25 o'clock
10:00 - 11:00	From 10:00 o'clock until 11:00 o'clock

1000-1125 Wrote emails	From 10:00 o'clock until 11:25 o'clock,Comment: Wrote emails
Yesterday 0800-0900 Seminar	Supplement for yesterday from 08:00 o'clock to 09:00 o'clock with the comment: Seminar

Remote maintenance Mr. Meier	If only one comment is entered in the quick entry, the corresponding project is started by pressing the enter key. So you can directly enter a timestamp with comment.

Quick entry for tasks

In the task area, quick entry also accesses to the blue highlighted project in the project list.

You can also type in keywords like:

Tomorrow, yesterday	Due date of the task: tomorrow e.g. yesterday
