Use textphrases if you need to enter the same descriptions over and over again. If you right click in the text areas of Xpert-Timer, for example the project description, the activity report entry or the comment on the timestamps, you can choose from the textphrases you have entered.
You can categorize the textphrases by choosing a group, so they will only be available in those specified groups.
In order to use the textphrases, right click in the text area of your Xpert-Timer dialogs and choose "Insert Textphrase".
Or right click directly in the comment field in your timestamp list.
