User defined fields
In the tab "Other" you have two "tabs" to choose from. In the "Custom Fields" section, you can create and rename fields yourself. If you access the database via the XTAPI, these fields are available for evaluation.
To rename the fields, right-click on a custom field or empty area if no fields already exist. In the context menu, you can now specify which fields you want to display and can also rename the fields directly in the same menu.
Notifications
In the "Notifications" tab, click on the "Edit E-Mail Text" button to change the default text when sending e-mails.
Now enter the complete text that should appear in the e-mail. If the e-mail is sent, you have another opportunity to change the text.
