You can not customize the order confirmation as the offer or the invoice. The basis for this is the presentation of the offer. Of course, you can create a separate offer template for your order confirmations and set them here as standard in this dialog.
Create order confirmation
In the billing document (menu item Window -> Billing document) you can create an offer confirmation by right-clicking on an offer.
